The HI762P is a general purpose penetration thermistor probe with a colored handle designed for use with a thermistor thermometer. A cable extends 1 m (3.3′) from the handle to the meter connection. The sharp, pointed tip of the probe allows users to obtain highly accurate temperature readings of semi-solid and liquid samples.
