The HI84532 Titratable Acidity Mini Titrator for Fruit Juice Analysis utilizes two different titrant solutions to cover the entire measurement range of acidity in juices.
The HI84532-51 is a 120 mL bottle of high range titrant with an expected range between 1.00 to 10.00% as citric acid, 1.17 to 11.72% as tartaric acid, and 1.05 to 10.47% as malic acid. The titrant solution is pre-standardized, making titrations fast, accurate, and easy to perform.
