The HI766C1 is an ultra-fast penetration K-type thermocouple probe with a handle designed for use with a thermocouple thermometer. A green cable extends 1m (3.3’) from the handle to the thermocouple connector with the meter. The finely pointed, 1.6 mm diameter tip of the probe allows users to obtain highly accurate temperature readings of semi-solids and food samples.
